Booking & Order Confirmation

Clients begin by contacting us via phone, website, or in person to place their order for building materials such as sand or gravel. Once the order is received, we confirm the quantity, delivery location, and preferred delivery date, and assign the request to our logistics team. Every order is recorded to ensure transparency and seamless processing.

Truck Dispatch & Loading

Upon confirmation, one of our well-maintained tipper trucks is dispatched to the loading point. Our experienced drivers, guided by dispatch managers, load the required material in the safest and most efficient way possible. We double-check the material type, quantity, and truck condition before departure to avoid delivery issues.

03.

Safe Delivery to Site

The truck driver then proceeds to the client’s construction site with strict adherence to safety and route efficiency. We maintain real-time communication to handle any road or site delays. Upon arrival, the materials are delivered exactly where needed, and our team ensures client satisfaction before considering the job complete.

04.

Payment & Reporting

After successful delivery, payment is made based on the agreed terms—either instantly or via a short credit period. Drivers return to report completed trips and account for payment collected. Weekly income summaries are generated, especially for return-based drivers, ensuring transparency and accountability for both parties.
